Privacy Policy

NM TechFest is organized by NM Tech Talks LLC ("we," "us"), a community organization bringing together the tech community in New Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect through nmtechfest.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect personal information that you choose to share with us, such as when you:

• Sign up for our newsletter (your email address)
• Send us a message through a contact form (your name, email, and message)
• Submit a community event (event details and a contact email)

Event registration happens on Luma, a separate site with its own privacy policy. We receive the registration details you provide there so we can run the event.

• To send you TechFest and community updates you signed up for
• To respond to your questions and messages
• To review and share community events you submit
• To plan and improve TechFest

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with others except the service providers described below, who help us run the website and our communications, or when required by law.
